My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-appointed, offering a cozy setup with a king bed and plenty of amenities. The location was convenient for my event attendance, but I wouldn't recommend paying extra for breakfast, which was a letdown. The service was polite and accommodating, although there was a pricey surprise with the airport transportation. The dining experience was fast and family-approved, but the confusion over breakfast inclusions was a downside.
I stayed at this hotel for a few nights and had a mixed experience. The rooms were placed right over the lobby, which could get noisy, but on the bright side, my room had a balcony with a fantastic view and super comfy furniture. The service was friendly and helpful, but there was an unexpected charge for the car service at the airport. The location was convenient in terms of downtown access, but it felt a bit isolated from eateries and shops. The dining options left much to be desired, especially with a confusing breakfast offering. However, the facilities were decent, making the stay somewhat enjoyable.
I absolutely loved my stay at this Courtyard hotel in Berkeley Heights. The little balconies outside the rooms were a delightful touch, and the overall experience was exactly what I expected from a Courtyard chain. The room amenities like the mini fridge and microwave were so convenient. However, the extra charge for calling a car service to the airport without prior notice was a bit of a letdown.
